Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines are recruiting on behalf of a Global Leading Integrated Communication Information Solution Provider.

The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila. The candidate will work on an On-site work arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Team Building and Management: Responsible for the overall management of the project's wireless technology delivery team, determining the team's organizational structure, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and assessment mechanism.
  • Technical Solution Implementation: Organize risk review and control of pre-sales technical solutions, convert pre-sales technical solutions into executable engineering technical solutions, and eliminate or avoid risks.
  • Goal Setting and Decomposition: Formulate technical delivery milestones and engineering technical implementation plans and decompose them into each sub-team for implementation.
  • Formulation of Technical Delivery Processes: Establish work processes for the technical delivery team and standardize the team's work through processes for smooth works operation.
  • Technical Delivery Execution: Organize technical delivery to complete the implementation of project technical solutions, overall technical support and guideline, be responsible for milestones, costs, and final results (contract KPIs).
  • Plan-Driven and Assurance: Participate in regular or irregular technical communication meetings with the project team and customers to form work plans and problem/requirement lists; drive the achievement of milestones through work plans; ensure the effectiveness of plan implementation through requirement/problem lists.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Possess excellent customer relationship maintenance capabilities and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Local Skill Transfer: Responsible for the overall planning and skill transfer of local technical personnel in the project; organize, plan and implement advanced skill training for customers.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior technical management or organizational leadership roles.
  • Rich experience in formulating comprehensive technical solutions, risk identification, quality prevention, integration verification and implementation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication and negotiation skills, as well as team operation and management capabilities; able to take the lead in establishing effective collaborative operation mechanisms and build effective cooperative relationships with other relevant teams.
  • Ability to undertake technical exchanges with middle and senior customer management and technical expert training.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication network (Mainly mobile network) structure and functionalities.
  • Knowledge of mobile services function and design, functional modules, interfaces and protocols.
  • Deeply understanding of mobile network (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) Radio planning and optimization process.
  • High level technical qualified experience in mobile network implementation or operation, such as network optimization and network swap experience.
  • Proficient in CEI user perception optimization and well-versed in the CSP optimization process.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with Nokia/Huawei site swap experience and those with Philippines Globe work experience.
