We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Cagayan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical execution and support of our product deployments, providing demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer training. This role will also involve project coordination and technical documentation development to ensure seamless product delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects during the distribution, deployment, and implementation of the products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, servicing, maintenance, and software/hardware upgrades for clients.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Deliver product and solution training to end users, partners, and customers.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Address and resolve other technical issues as required to support project and product operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- At least 2 years of technical support experience, particularly in security systems (CCTV, Biometrics, Access Control, FDAS, Network Configuration, Turnstile systems).
- Strong technical background and hands-on knowledge in relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
