Job Description:
- Drive all sales and marketing activities in the assigned Indonesian territory, including direct and channel sales, local promotions, and customer care, to achieve consistent annual sales growth across the full product portfolio.
- Promote and sell products and services directly to end-users in universities, research institutions, private labs, industrial, and clinical/medical laboratories.
- Support and manage distributor networks within the territory by enabling sales, resolving conflicts (including parallel distribution), and ensuring focus on assigned products.
- Deliver strong customer care by maintaining regular contact with clients, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the product life cycle.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and promotional activities to increase product visibility and enhance the chances of successful sales.
- Collaborate with regional/local marketing teams to communicate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and market data by actively using the company's CRM system to support strategic decision-making.
- Track and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and share insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong professional network across advanced life sciences, biotech industries, pharmaceutical, and clinical sectors, with a forward-looking perspective.
- Outstanding skills in delivering presentations and leading negotiations.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Solid business sense with experience working in a matrix organization structure.
- Preferably has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
- At least 5 years of proven success in sales roles.
