Key job summary

Our respected client is seeking a Testing Site Partner who will be responsible for the overall Testing engagement for a customer and works with the CBE and SP to manage and lead the testing services (which may comprise both end-to-end services and project-based services) that are provided to each customer. The TSP will serve as the single point of contact, both for the customer and internally, to provide the relevant support for these testing activities or for testing growth opportunities. Flexible to work in 3 of our sites if needed (Ortigas, BGC, Makati)

Key job responsibilities

  • Plans, manages, and tracks all testing services activities for an account, while ensuring holistic control and balance, in accordance with the account strategy, as defined by the CBE and SP, based on customer requirements.
  • Manages the overall testing scope and maintains its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; sets program plan, sets priorities, ensures optimization, and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness towards the business result or strategic intent.
  • Ensures the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix (including onshore and offshore resources, other vendors, customer testers, etc.), by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.
  • Manages all service aspects of the testing P&L (with focus on cost elements), based on the account governance guidelines.
  • Builds partnerships with the CBE and SP teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers, while building direct relationships with relevant customer stakeholders to ensure objectivity of the testing services and to promote continuous growth, while ensuring a business-as-usual approach.
  • Understands customers; strategic needs and the business environment and works with the CBE to enable new testing opportunities.
  • Builds credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders at multiple levels; both internal and external.
  • Builds direct teams based on their individual skills, including defining development plans for each member and identifying next generation leaders, while leading both direct and indirect teams to meet testing program objectives.
  • Create a trusted environment with Customer (and internally) to become a trusted adviser to our customer.

Key job qualifications

  • Eight (8) years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution.
  • Experience with customer-facing activities.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in telecommunications industries.
  • Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries).
  • Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment.
