Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a growing insurance company that offers a wide range of products including life and non-life insurance.
Our respected client is looking for a Travel Growth Manager to accelerate travel insurance business in the Philippines. This role will focus on driving sales growth across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships (e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and OTAs). This is a full-time onsite role based in Muntinlupa.

Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Insurance Growth Manager to accelerate our travel insurance business in the Philippines. This role will focus on driving sales growth across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships (e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and OTAs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel insurance sales, strong industry networks, and the ability to execute high-impact growth strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand travel insurance sales across all channels (B2B, B2B2C, and direct-to-consumer).
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard key partnerships with e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and other distribution partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing existing partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design high-converting campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e-wallet partners, banks, airlines, travel agencies, OTAs).
  • Monitor KPIs (sales performance, conversion rates, partner ROI) and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
  • Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and partner requirements.

Key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in travel insurance.
  • Strong network in the Philippine insurance/financial services/travel industry (banks, e-wallets, airlines, OTAs).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships and multi-channel distribution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
