As the business continues to scale rapidly, our client is seeking a senior professional with a proven track record in process excellence, operational transformation, and cross-functional optimization for the role of Vice President of Business Process Improvement. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Define and oversee end-to-end business processes to ensure effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
- Lead process optimization initiatives across functions, driving continuous improvement and transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to align business priorities with operational and technological capabilities.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the design and enhancement of systems and tools that support process excellence.
- Establish governance and control frameworks to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize workflows, ensuring smooth integration across business units and functions.
- Provide analytical and financial assessments to evaluate ROI and impact of improvement initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for process-related issues, ensuring rapid and structured problem resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver process improvement projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on data, systems, and process optimization.
- Foster a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business transformation, or process optimization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement and operational transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of business systems, workflow design, and technology-enabled operations.
- Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or senior leadership roles within high-growth companies preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
