As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in Project for the job of VP Project Integration. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct, monitor and evaluate the management of capex optimization, starting from preparing strategies, calculating and evaluating capex optimization in project preparation management
- Direct, monitor and evaluate licensing management for all EPC project packages.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate the management of the final investment decision (FID) process for all EPC project packages.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate the process of preparing contracting strategies and AB/VL projects in preparation for the bidding process for all EPC project packages.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate the management of project execution (EPC work) quality aspects for all EPC project packages.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate interface project management for all EPC project packages
- Direct, monitor and evaluate project integration management for all EPC project packages.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate the management of post mortem project activities.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate process safety management including operational
integration/integrity of HSSE operations and crisis management. - Manage, monitor and evaluate the preparation and implementation of work/function unit Work Plans and Budgets (RKA).
- Managing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of HSSE aspects and supporting HSSE programs in work units/functions.
- Manage, monitor and evaluate planning & performance appraisal activities, worker guidance, assignment/mutation plans, as well as plans for worker training needs in work
units/functions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from various majors, preferably Engineering
- Minimum work experience of 20 years
- Work experience in the field of Engineering, preferably in the field of Project Management/ Project Engineering/ Process Engineering/ Process Safety Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrument and Control Engineering
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Cross-cultural competence and international experience are advantageous, especially in multinational project environments.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements in contract management.
