The job is based in BGC, Taguig City and offers an Onsite work arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in building a high-performing, responsive, and user-friendly web platform.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and well-documented codebases using cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate designs into flawless functionality, constantly seeking opportunities to improve the user journey through code-based solutions.
- Proactively suggest UX/UI enhancements that go beyond the initial mockups, with a focus on intuitive interactions and delightful user experiences.
- Champion best practices in web development, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Key Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a web developer with a proven track record of building high-quality web applications.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a strong understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) a plus.
