Our client is seeking for a hands-on and independent Country Sales Manager with at least 10 years' B2B sales experience in building materials industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans
 - Establish and maintain solid, long-term relationships with distributors and clients
 - Develop sales/marketing plans by assessing market trends
 - Develop and implement marketing ideas to improve market awareness
 - Report on benchmarks and critical performance issues on a monthly and quarterly basis.
 - Maintain the company's positive reputation by working closely with distributors, customers, and influencers.
 - Proactively forecast our market sales, growth, and profit
 
Job Requirements:
- 10-year sales experience in building materials industry
 - Strong knowledge and insights in the building materials market
 - Be proactive, hands-on and possess great negotiation skills
 - Finance and commercial knowledge at a high level
 - Be able to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English
 - Willing to travel for business purpose
