Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Market Research company for the role of Retail Credit Analyst Head, VP/SVP (Banking)
As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with an extensive experience in banking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work plan under the direction of the management and distribute Credit Proposals.
- Compile and conduct an in-depth analysis of new credit applications, extensions, withdrawals and / exchange of guarantees, partial repayments.
- Provide a detailed, efficient, and timely credit analysis under predetermined SLAs.
- Maintain and improve good working knowledge of the Bank's lending policies and procedures and identify any deviation from policies.
- Delivering communication to other departments (related to questions and answers regarding credit proposals that are currently being processed in Business Banking).
- Monitor and maintain existing debtors so that credit quality is maintained
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience conducting custom marketing research projects
- Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Economics and Banking.
- Have at least 10 year's experience as a credit analyst or as a leader of credit analyst (SME/Commercial) in the Banking Industry.
- Deep knowledge in banking credit.
- Extremely good in analytical thinking and leadership performance.
- Able to communicate in English
