Inside Sales Engineer - Machinery (Heat Transfer, Separation, and Fluid Handling)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of leading global provider of first-rate products in the areas of heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least five years' experience in industrial products for the job of Inside Sales Engineer - Machinery (Heat Transfer, Separation, and Fluid Handling). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct reporting to Service Manager - Food & Water Division
  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell company Product and services
  • Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up
  • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection)
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification with experience of 5 - 10 years
* Has good local market knowledge and developed impactful strategies in accordance with the business vision and networking.
* Demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
* Always seek to understand the key stakeholders' business challenges and working it through collaboratively together.
* 2-3 years' experience in fast-moving components or parts sales and channel sales in related industries.
* Influencing and networking skills
* Strong strategic and negotiations skills are required
* Track-record of business development
