Our respected client is seeking for a recruiter with technical requirement experience for the job of Technical Recruiter. The job is based in the BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines but offers a Work From Home Setup during pandemic.

Job Summary
As a Technical Recruiter, you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Performs the whole array of the recruitment cycle from sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing down to candidate selection for software IT, and back-office support.
  • Identifies 3rd party recruiters, user groups, and professional associations which can broaden search parameters
  • Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that recruitment target is met
  • Maintains recruitment-related reports and presents those on a regular basis to the stakeholders.
  • Well versed in salary negotiation
  • Profile screening by understanding the allocated jobs on the basis of skillset
  • Ensure that the requirement allocated is being covered with the top-notch quality candidate.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates

Key job requirements include:

  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course
  • Related Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment; Strong background in Technical Hiring; Preferably with strong connections to IT professionals and tech industry communities
  • Mature, driven and committed to delivering results
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong negotiation skills
