Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a well-established printer manufacutirng company, who provides wide range of printing technologies. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join technical support team in Thailand. The Engineer will act as a specialist, who can apply brand's solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within area(s) of technical responsibility and also identify additional services that could lead to future service revenue growth.


Technical Support Engineer will integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers and channel partners. Ideal candidate is required to resolve most technical incidents independently within the specialist's technical area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer service and support activities by providing technical support and technical trouble shooting for customers in Thailand and ASEAN.
  • Supervise the technical matters of the distributors.
  • Provide product training to distributors and B2B customers.
  • Responsible to CRM system input for incident, treatment, result for sharing the situation to CRM team in HQ.
  • Analyze failure and provide related report.
  • Suggest printing technology to supplier, distributor and customer.
  • Provide in house E-learning platform and study subsidy for job related topics

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of service engineering experince in electrical or printing field.
  • Garment printing industry experience will be advantage.
  • Previous work experience with electrical-mechanical functions, general repairs, or similar fieldwork is highly preferred
  • Requires a strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, electronics and varying levels of digital competency.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional presence.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
