Brief Job Description:

Leadership & Management

  • Provide overall direction, leadership, and supervision to project managers, engineers, and site staff.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals for the division in alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality excellence.

Project Execution

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to turnover.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Approve project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage the division's annual budget.
  • Monitor project costs, cash flows, and profitability.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Enforce compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, ISO, and quality management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to maintain high standards.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants regarding project progress and concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors.
  • Strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Continuous Improvement

  • Introduce innovative construction methods, technologies, and labor-saving techniques.
  • Promote sustainability and energy-efficient construction practices.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the division to build future leaders.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's degree is an advantage)
  • Must be a Registered (Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer is an advantage).
  • Male, 40 years old and above
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale projects (commercial, industrial (Manufacturing, etc.), infrastructure)
