Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of our client which part of trading and manufacturing firm specializing in a wide portfolio of food-industry machinery, technical services, packaging supplies, food ingredients, and beverage imports. Our respected client is seeking an HR and Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions and manage general administrative operations. This role will be based onsite in BGC Taguig.

Job Summary

The HR Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development. In addition, this role will manage day-to-day administrative operations ensuring smooth office procedures and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both HR management and administrative duties with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring that hiring strategies align with organizational needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Ensure the performance appraisal system is effective and in line with company goals.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports as required.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and office space allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between departments and key stakeholders.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and event management for team and company activities.
  • Implement and manage administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and organizational compliance.
  • Supervise administrative support staff, providing guidance and ensuring the efficiency of office functions.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations regarding HR practices, employee rights, and safety standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports for management, audits, and legal purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in both Human Resources and Administrative Management.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus
