Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is looking for an IT Support Level 1 professional for our client. They are a global standards authority and certifications services provider. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting IT assets, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations within a corporate office environment. The position is based in Jakarta and requires on-site support, with occasional travel to out-of-town offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Manage and maintain IT assets including laptops (Dell), printers, Wi-Fi devices, and peripherals
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
  • Handle network printing, secure printing, secure scanning, and compliance printing environments
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners
  • Support office network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) and escalate issues when required
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and basic access support
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Coordinate with regional or global IT teams for issue resolution
  • Provide on-site IT support and travel to out-of-town offices when required


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Windows environments
  • Hands-on experience with Dell laptops and enterprise IT assets
  • Solid knowledge of network printing, secure printing, secure scanning, and compliance printing
  • Basic understanding of office network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Conversational level of English (spoken and written)
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta
  • Willing to travel to out-of-town offices as required
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multinational or corporate office environment
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and compliance-driven environments
