Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Industrial Products Manufacturing Company for the role of Area Sales Manager - Kalimantan . The position will be based in Kalimantan.
Job Description :
- Implement and ensure compliance with the company's Environment, Health, and Safety policies, as well as the department's Quality Management System.
- Collaborate with AM Mining and SM Mining to define and execute the strategy for the Mining segment in Kalimantan
- Drive profitable growth by adopting a comprehensive approach to sales and marketing, enhancing the profitability of the Mining Market Segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with distributors, as needed, to ensure timely delivery and sales support for major projects.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge, including technical expertise in welding technologies, to provide valuable sales support, address technical specifications, and strengthen customer engagement, including during exhibitions.
- Keep CRM and OTP reports up to date with the latest project developments, market activities, and competitor insights.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales with thorough knowledge of sales principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- Experience in sales and technical knowledge in Indonesia Mining market.
- Ability to manage several project at the same time.
- Able to read technical drawing/design.
- Able to travel frequently to Job Sites
