Assistant Manager - Water Heating Products (based in Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing water heating products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in water heating products for the job of Marketing Executive. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report to Senior Manager Product Development
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager Product Development and distributor on marketing direction, merchandising and promotion activities are executed with excellence.
  • Develop, start, and execute customer engagement programs (exhibition, seminars), in-store campaigns, roadshows and promotion with distributor to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyse sales data and prepare marketing reports to evaluate the impact and ROI of marketing activities and promotions.
  • Review all the trade activities/promotion from distributor to ensure ROI is acceptable and spending is within the distributed budget
  • Work closely with distributor's Marketing team to develop performance oriented digital strategy that drives relevant traffic to both retail and online.
  • Liaise with designer/freelance/agency in drafting marketing materials such as press releases, flyers, brochures and in-store materials.
  • Ensure that all marketing production is in line with brand image and voice.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related major from reputable university
  • At least 10 years' experience in dealing with marketing in industrial products
  • Experienced in handling a water heating products
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing (SEO/SEM) best practices and content creation strategies
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in photo/video editing, graphic design, and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva are added advantages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactive, self-motivated individual and team player.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for effective networking engagement with distributor, agency and supplier
  • Analytical mindset for market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
