Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer electronic company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5-7 years of experience in multinational consumer electronics for the job of Branch Manager. The job is based in East Java, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing the yearly sales plan and associated initiatives for the company.
  • Provide assistance and support in the development and execution of company-wide plans.
  • Manage and control the company's sales budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Adapt materials to meet specific sales or customer needs and preferences.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to prepare them for prospective client meetings and presentations.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales team and related functions.
  • Take charge of staffing and hiring decisions within the organization.
  • Foster the growth and competence of a proficient, commercially adept, dedicated, and efficient sales team.
  • Monitor the inventory of finished goods and coordinate requests to headquarters for necessary supplies.
  • Track sales progress and update according to sales forecasts.
  • Maintain performance records and address any departmental issues or interdepartmental relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to engage in professional development opportunities, including the possibility of managing other branch locations in Indonesia through rotational assignments.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, preferably within the electronic industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in networking, market understanding, and a strong passion for Sales.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English communication.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, confidence, effective communication, negotiation skills, honesty, target-driven mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
