Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading tableware manufacturing company. As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking a Marketing / Brand Manager to drive brand development, product innovation, and marketing performance. This position will be based in Semarang, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and product strategies to strengthen market presence across retail and HORECA channels.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product planning, development, and launch in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, content strategy, and brand communication across digital and offline platforms.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), to drive brand awareness and sales performance.
- Monitor marketing performance, track key KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment between product availability and marketing activities.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the Semarang-based team to ensure smooth execution of brand and product initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven 5 - 10 years of working experience as a Brand Manager, Product Manager, or Marketing Manager within consumer goods, home living, tableware, ceramics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and brand development.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience working closely with production or manufacturing teams is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Semarang, Indonesia.
