Our respected client is seeking a Business Analyst who will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and propose enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our projects. The job is based in BGC, Taguug City, Philippines with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and coordinate with clients to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Review operation requirements for the assigned system
- Prepare solution details for the assigned system
- Discuss the solution details for the assigned system to Developers and Solutions Architect
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Provide documentation of all processes as needed (API Document, Technical Documents).
Key Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
