Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized leader in industrial sealing, fluid control, and industrial component is seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join their Thailand team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the company's strategic expansion into high-growth industries beyond traditional Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals. This critical role is for a technical, consultative direct sales expert responsible for driving the company's strategic growth and market diversification in Thailand.

The core mission is to aggressively penetrate and secure new business in emerging high-growth industries (e.g., Chemical, F&B, Energy, Power Generation, and other Manufacturing) for industrial components. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, self-motivated individual contributor with an active, outgoing personality who thrives in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development and expansion of existing products and services to develop the Company's customer and profit base.

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve new business targets.

  • Conduct research into new business opportunities through all available media.

  • lan and coordinate the development and introduction of new products, including marketing, pricing, financial, technical support, engineering, and manufacturing aspects.

  • Prepare and conduct presentations to and negotiate with prospective direct customers to achieve targeted growth objectives.

  • Assess and advise clients on a wide range of commercial proposals related to the Company's products and services.

  • Ensure allocated sales targets, budgets, product distribution targets, and promotional targets are achieved.

  • Maintain knowledge of day-to-day market developments and accurately assess the opportunities provided.

  • Initiate appropriate action to gain maximum advantage of sound opportunities.

  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annually on prospective business opportunities, sales performance, SWOT, and achievements.

  • Regularly seek customer feedback in relation to satisfaction regarding products and services.

  • Develop a diarised call plan and adhere to call plan requirements.

  • Work in conjunction with relevant stakeholders from the Export team as necessary to achieve tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with the Company's Health Safety & Environmental policies and legislative requirements.

  • Ensure business negotiations are undertaken to protect the Company's interests.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of principles and methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstration, and sales techniques.

  • Excellent communicator with a strong flair and liking for creativeness combined with practicality.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of communicating with customers, suppliers, and staff.

  • Good working knowledge of Company products (or ability to quickly develop it).

  • Intermediate IT skills-Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret information.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with people of all levels and different cultural backgrounds.

  • Strong ability to communicate in both English and Thai.
