We seek an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to oversee machine workflow and ensure optimal equipment performance. The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, driving safety standards, and overseeing the lifecycle management of all physical assets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in automation with proven leadership skills to manage a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project roadmaps to align departmental goals with the company's long-term vision.
Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
Analyze internal workflows and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights and provide progress reports to senior leadership.
Mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-performance output.
Manage departmental budgets, ensuring all expenditures remain within projected annual costs.
Establish and maintain rigorous standards for all deliverables to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention and identify new business opportunities.
Identify critical bottlenecks in the production cycle and deploy rapid-response solutions to mitigate downtime.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to pivot strategies in response to shifting market demands.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Years of experience in maintenance engineering role, with a proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, including HVAC, PLC, automation, hydraulics, thermal system, and facility maintenance.
Experience in implementing and managing preventive/predictive maintenance programs and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams, manage performance, and develop staff.
Solid understanding of safety standards, regulations, and procedures in industrial or facility environments.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance projects and budgets effectively.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
