Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Medical Device Principal Company. Our client is seeking for Business Development Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Drive business growth for the company's urology portfolio through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the urology field.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, education, finance, customer service) to ensure aligned execution.
  • Support training, product launches, and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and medical device regulations.
  • Travel frequently (up to 50%) to manage accounts and support sales activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in medical device sales or marketing, preferably in urology or related fields (e.g., surgical, hospital, or diagnostic devices).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
