Sales Specialist for Interventional Cardiology Business

Monroe Consulting is hiring a Sales Specialsit for our client, a US-based medical devices principal. This role will be based in Jakarta.

Responsibility:

  • Drive sales of interventional cardiology products (e.g., stents, balloon catheters) in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers including interventional cardiologists, hospital management, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical and ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or any bachelor's degree from related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably within interventional cardiology or cardiovascular fields.
  • Strong networking of Cardiologist across Jakarta and interventional cardiology procedures.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Willing to travel frequently to hospitals and clinics within assigned territory.
  • Fluent in English
