As a Business Director, you will spearhead the full operations, budget, and P&L of the freight forwarding. This role is critical for optimizing resources, maximizing profitability, and driving the business forward in a highly competitive landscape, it offers a stable yet challenging environment for a leader who prides themselves on building high-performing operational teams.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee, manage, and grow daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and strategy.
Take full accountability for the budget and P&L management.
Optimize resources and implement strategic initiatives to maximize overall profitability.
Monitor and drive the performance of a team to achieve KPIs.
Review and report operational results and business challenges to the senior management team.
Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Join the Commercial team in customer meetings to gain a thorough understanding of performance requirements and expectations.
Represent at the senior management level and work cross-functionally across multiple departments

Job Requirements

Extensive experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations.
Having strong leadership and management experience in a highly competitive market.
Proven track record in a people management role.
Comprehensive knowledge of Import/Export processes and operational compliance.
Proficient decision-making skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
