As a Commercial Manager, you will drive freight forwarding business expansion and commercial performance in Thailand. This role focuses on shaping growth strategy, strengthening pricing direction, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets. Job Responsibilities
Drive overall freight forwarding volume growth by aligning regional and country execution with strategic objectives.
Set and implement competitive pricing strategies to strengthen commercial performance and profitability.
Lead tender and RFQ management to improve win rates and secure high-value business opportunities.
Oversee forecasting and demand planning to ensure alignment between volume projections and allocation planning.
Manage and develop the regional pricing organization to ensure consistent commercial standards and execution.
Ensure data accuracy, automation, and efficiency across commercial systems and rate management processes.
Provide market intelligence and strategic trade guidance to support informed decision-making.
Align product strategy with Sales and Marketing to deliver coordinated growth initiatives and customer engagement.
Establish and steer country growth frameworks to enhance value propositions and expand small and mid-sized customer segments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of experience in freight forwarding, with strong preference for freight forwarding experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including management.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent networking abilities and impeccable interpersonal approach
Good negotiator, always having the aspired goal in mind
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
