Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's overall business strategy, with a strong focus on residential and township developments.
- Lead land acquisition, master planning, and project development to ensure sustainable growth of the landbank.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including development, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and legal.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow across multiple projects and regions.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and organizational capability.
- Build and lead a high-performing senior management team.
- Act as the primary representative of the company with shareholders, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record as CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive within real estate development, property, or large-scale project-based businesses.
- Strong experience in residential, township, or landed housing developments.
- Deep understanding of landbanking, development cycles, sales velocity, and project financing.
- Solid leadership capability with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate
