Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Mechanical Products Manufacturer Company for the role of Channel Development Manager. The job description will be as follow :

Job Descriptions :

  • To identify the gaps in present distributor network.
  • Map the distributor requirement based on sales strategy.'
  • Identify and appoint competent distributors for all the segments (we have Utility, Industry, Building and Mining Segments).
  • Analyse competitor distribution network.
  • Prepare compensation and incentive plans for distributors.
  • Develop distributor performance management plan.
  • Set up distributor performance process.
  • Work with sales teams to develop sales process for distribution channel.
  • Handle all the distributor related issues. Drive compliance and sustainability through distributor network.
  • Build the ecommerce platform.


Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong networking with the distributors in the related industry
  • Proven leadership/management experience in sales & marketing with thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
  • Experience in sales and technical knowledge in pipeline sistem.
  • Ability to manage several project at the same time
