Job Summary
Our respected client is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled support specialist for the job of IT Client Services Coordinator.
As a IT Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their concerns/issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The job is based in Makati City.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs/events, meetings, and reports between external Clients.
- Maintain and organize Clients' records.
- Coordinate and monitor Client Services activities/calendar.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, report preparation and other ad hoc tasks.
Key Job Qualifications:
- With experience working with B2B customer team.
- Brief Background on Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as C#, JS, SQL, C++, Java, PHP and Python.
- Candidate must be resourceful and hardworking.
- Candidate must be a team player with the right attitude and mindset. Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related discipline.
- Candidate must be able to effectively use Microsoft Office programs.
Others:
- Must be willing to work during Holidays or Weekends.
