Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a reputable financial services company to recruit a Corporate Planning & Strategy Analyst. This is a confidential search for a well-established organization within the multifinancing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal performance analysis to drive corporate goal setting and strategic alignment.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis to identify priorities and key business issues.
- Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with corporate strategy.
- Organize and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives.
- Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA or similar frameworks.
- Prepare materials for management meetings, board presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Act as a liaison between management and business units on strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or business analysis.
- Experience with PDCA or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to build dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
