Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading consumer goods company in the Philippines. Our client is seeking a Corporate Planning Systems Manager (Section Manager) for a Hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.

Job Summary:

  • The Corporate Planning Systems Manager will lead the design, development, and enterprise deployment of Anaplan-based planning solutions. This role will build and continuously enhance integrated planning models supporting strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, quota and target setting, cost and profitability modeling, supply chain and demand planning, and HR planning. The position ensures data-driven decision making across the organization while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, promoting best practices, and driving user adoption through governance and training.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan and financial planning models aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with business units to gather requirements and identify new planning and analytics use cases
  • Manage data integrations, model performance, user access, and platform governance
  • Establish and promote best practices in financial modeling and interconnected planning
  • Lead user training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Job Requirements:

  • Proven finance and financial model building experience (required)
  • Background in Consumer Goods, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious; thrives in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with software such as Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms
