Role Summary

The Country Sales Director, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, represents the company and its solution portfolio to drive revenue growth and expand territory accounts. This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, strengthening existing ones, and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute territory and account sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in Singapore.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 3-4 Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Set, manage, and track team performance goals (financial and non-financial).
  • Drive new account acquisition and identify growth opportunities within existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships as a trusted business advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and manage accurate sales pipeline forecasting, reporting, and order tracking.
  • Maintain customer and transaction records in CRM systems with high data accuracy.
  • Establish and manage in-country vendor and partner relationships to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software solution sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of winning and managing large, complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience managing both transactional and strategic enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior management stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for networking and relationship building.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Industry experience within the Commercial / Enterprise sector.
  • Knowledge or sales experience in Cloud, Cloud-Native technologies, and Managed Services.
  • Knowledge or sales experience in Data, DevSecOps, and ITSM is an advantage.
