Role Overview
We are seeking a senior sales professional to drive Sales & Business Development initiatives across banks, fintech companies, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations. The role focuses on positioning and selling a Real-Time Payment Enterprise Suite while building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic account development.
- Position and sell enterprise payment solutions to mid-size and large organizations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain strong client-account management relationships.
- Structure and close profitable deals with clear understanding of P&L and financial drivers.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies and new business initiatives.
- Advise clients on service delivery models, maintenance agreements, and SLAs.
- Monitor and track market competition within the country.
- Conduct structured account planning for all assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of successful experience in enterprise technology consulting, preferably within payments or banking technology environments.
- Strong track record in enterprise/solution selling in high-growth markets.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with mid-size and large organizations.
- Proven experience building new customer portfolios from the ground up.

- Transaction Switching & Processing Services
- EFT Switches
- Real-Time Payments
- ATM Driving
- Card Management Systems
- Core Banking Solutions
- Experience managing business relationships with Top 10 Banks in the country or equivalent large financial institutions is preferred.
