Executive Recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of artistic products. They are looking for a Creatives Director who will lead the creatives strategic planning & implementation of brand-specific objectives to enhance current business portfolio and provide leadership, direction, & inspiration to a constantly evolving & passionate team of Creatives. This position will be reporting to the COO and is on temporary work from home set-up and their office is based in Quezon City. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide leadership & exemplify overall creative excellence, including campaign strategy, quality of craft, innovation within the team, impact of creative outputs, final authority & influence on decisions & issue resolution
- Take the lead in project execution of marketing assets for large-scale & global brand campaigns with high precision & production value
- Constantly innovate & streamline processes to incessantly improve creative designs & offering that will drive growth & new business globally Creative Conceptualization
- Direct the projects' artistic elements & visual pieces, while making certain that work is within budget, meeting specifications, & deadlines
- Build a strong brand image reflecting key values to get across the target audience, inspiring trust, strong following, & top-of-mind recall
- Understand the market aesthetic & culture. Keep abreast with constant breakthroughs to capture global opportunities.
- Work proactively across the Marketing & Creatives capacities to appreciate creative briefs & audience insights that are valuable for enhancing awareness of the brand & engagement Directing Creative Campaigns
- Actively participate & be responsible for high-level decision-making, managing cultural connectivity, morale & momentum across teams & stakeholders of Creatives team
- Successfully partner with stakeholder departments to optimize existing campaigns for maximum creative effectiveness, on-time & high-quality deliverables that address challenges Brand Image Building
- Push for results by monitoring manpower utilization, maintaining high efficiency, to support business profitability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field
- 8+ years' experience in an agency environment, retail fashion, or beauty care FMCG with 3+ years as a Creative Director
- Proven track record of delivering successful local & global marketing campaigns with first-rate conceptual ideas & exceptional execution
- Extensive portfolio showcasing an array of exceptional creative & integrated campaigns of diverse ideas & innovations for global audience
- Excellent, clear & effective communication skills
- Proven experience in leading large & integrated multi-channel campaigns, & brand-building projects of vastly engaging digital or social approach
- High sense of familiarity with consumer behavior trends & their creative applications mainly as they relate to digital consumption & appetite
- Demonstrated experience in leading a creatives team in a matrix organization, championing success in exceeding expectations & meeting deadlines in a highly evolving environment
- Creative, youthful, strategic and can think outside the box
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
