About the Job
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded E-Commerce Manager to lead and oversee our sales and customer service policies for online channels. This role is key to the successful execution of our E-Commerce masterplan and overall business strategy.
In this role, you will get to :
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive online sales and achieve E-Commerce performance targets.
- Oversee the execution of operational policies and processes across E-Commerce platforms to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction across all online touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and IT to ensure seamless E-Commerce operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics including traffic, conversion, customer retention, and sales revenue.
- Ensure alignment between E-Commerce strategies and the company's vision, mission, and national sales goals.
- Stay updated with E-Commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive positioning.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing E-Commerce platforms, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful E-Commerce strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
