Visual Merchandise Manager (Retail)

Executive Search Monroe Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Indonesian lifestyle retail brand. With a strong heritage in performance gear and adventure fashion, our client is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to be based in Bandung, who will lead the development and execution of impactful in-store visual strategies across their retail network.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and oversee our Visual Merchandising strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Visual Merchandising policies that align with product stories, creating promotional materials for retail, managing the production process of Visual Merchandising materials, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring that product display standards in stores adhere to Visual Merchandising policies to support the company's revenue targets.

  • Manage the production process of Visual Merchandising materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.

  • Monitor and maintain product display standards in stores, aligning with Visual Merchandising policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Visual Merchandising strategies and make data-driven decisions.


What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
  • Proven minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of product storytelling and brand representation through Visual Merchandising.
  • Proficiency in developing retail promotion materials and managing production processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic Visual Merchandising initiatives.
