Factory Manager - Wood Manufacturing
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a wood manufacturer. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 - 10 years of experience managing a factory in a multinational company for the job of Factory Manager. The job is based in Greater Area, Tangerang.
Job description:
* Develop production work plans (furniture machines/wooden furniture) accompanied by systematic/structured field implementation.
* Manage production needs from the preparation of work tools, raw materials, to finished goods according to client requests.
* Initiating/developing factories both in terms of production and related to operations.
* Analyzing production and making developments both in terms of production and management as well as reporting regularly to the Board of Directors.
* Supervise and check the methods and work results of each subordinate/task/production achievement.
* Establishing good working relationships internally and externally with clients, functioning as a facilitator or coordinator.
Job requirements:
* Have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a furniture/furniture factory (Table/Cubicle/etc).
* Understand and master ISO/SOP for furniture/wooden furniture factories, knowledge of wood production machines (cutting, edging, sanding, cnc, etc.)
* Mastering field workflow and machines that will be used for furniture production.
* Have experience in leading employees/operators of approximately 200 people.
* Minimum bachelor's degree, priority from a technical major, able to make specs in good and correct English and Indonesian.
* Understands reading work drawings and can draw (manual / sketch / program).
* Having a leader's soul, being able to coordinate well and correctly (strong coordination), sense of logic, thoroughness, caring, integrity and responsibility.
