As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for FGA position. The job is based in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: An FGA is responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial resources are managed effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This may include managing budgets, preparing financial statements and reports, forecasting future financial needs, managing cash flow, and overseeing financial audits.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: An FGA is responsible for managing the organization's accounting and bookkeeping functions. This may include processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Taxation: An FGA is responsible for managing the organization's tax-related activities, including preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and responding to tax-related inquiries and audits.
  • Risk Management: An FGA is responsible for identifying and managing the organization's financial and operational risks. This may include developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on risk exposure, and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  • Administration: An FGA is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the organization. This may include managing office facilities and equipment, overseeing human resources functions such as recruitment and training, and managing legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: An FGA is responsible for contributing to the organization's strategic planning process by providing financial and administrative analysis and recommendations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: An FGA is responsible for communicating with stakeholders both within and outside of the organization, including senior management, staff, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. The FGA may also be responsible for collaborating with other departments or external partners to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of Finance or Accountant experience, working in manufacturing, aluminium and metal scraps industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Have CPA, CMA, CFA is plus.
  • strong analytical skills and be able to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • Good leadership, effective planning, time management, presentation, Attention to Detail.
  • Good at negotiation, persuasive & effective communication cross functions and presentation skill.
  • Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools, such as accounting software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
