Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the reputable financial services in Singapore, The job is based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in Fixed Income Sales, with a proven track record of success in onshore transactions. The successful candidate will have established relationships with banks in Indonesia and a solid network of Indonesian clients.
Note: Singapore relocation assistance will be provided by the company.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Identify and target potential clients in Indonesia and other markets in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including banks, institutional investors, and other relevant parties.
- Provide clients with regular market updates and insights on fixed income products, including bonds, treasuries, and other securities.
- Collaborate with other teams, including traders and researchers, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Work with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide input and feedback to the team on product development and pricing strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Fixed Income Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Established relationships with banks in Indonesia and a solid network of Indonesian clients.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
