General Manager - Renewable Energy (Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading National Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in Renewable Energy for the job of General Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Organize company operational culture to ensure high-performance standards from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive results, and continuous improvement. - Implement business acumen in managing company operations with the corporate operations functions (HR, Finance, Legal, HSE, Marketing & Sales).
- Lead Engineering & Consulting Team (Electrical, Power System,Renewable Energy, Financial Analysis, Project Management Office).
- Technical, Contractual, and Business engagements with Clients and other external parties.
- Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Physics / Renewable Energy Engineering).
- Minimum 2 Years as General Manager (or equivalent) and 5 Years in the Managerial Position.
- Implemented Business Financial Acumen.
- Background in Consulting, specific expertise in the Renewable Energy business as a Consultant.
- Network in Renewable Energy business in Indonesia (PLN, ESDM, Renewable Power Plant Developers).
- Managing consulting projects for power plant developers
- Delivered renewable energy consulting project of either: Feasibility Study / Roadmap design, Project management / Owner engineer consulting, Engineering and Auction Design
