Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a Decentralized autonomous organisation (DAO) that provides value for investors and gamers in the emerging blockchain metaverse (Social + Gaming + Non-Fungible Tokens).
The winning candidate must have deep crypto understanding and fluency in English must be excellent. This candidate needs to have a presence in the market/social media and ideally an influencer in the crypto domain. This candidate will be the bridge between our client and the community.
Job Description
- Build and grow an organic marketing strategy approach across creative to help grow the company's market presence.
- Strategize, set-up, execute and monitor community events.
- Build community trust, increase engagement of community and be well verse in community ecosystems like:
- Discord
- Telegram
- Help build and further grow the client's social media channels.
- Manage and grow organic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation and audience engagement.
- Manage new potential partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
- Work on integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance.
- Extension to the founding team and will be handling key communications with stakeholders.
Job Qualification
- Good to have a bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Ideally be an influencer in the crypto domain with a following and is keen on the crypto market.
- Proven marketing management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
- Experience launching marketing initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
- Experience in community engagement and growing interactions, following, engagement organically.
- Business level fluency in English.
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility and drive to get it done.
