Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a leading e-commerce company in Indonesia. Our client is looking to Head of B2B Sales Operations that will responsible in helping building the new B2B business initiative. You will be in charge of leading the sales team and acquire new suppliers to join the platform. Job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job descriptions:

  • Manage a business strategy vision and direction for the new whole sales operations for B2B platform.
  • Lead the team in acquiring new vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors to onboard.
  • Analyze the market trends and needs in order to create the demand and supply strategy planning for the business.
  • Negotiate, manage, and liaise internal and external stakeholder (partners) with integrated business and product perspective in relevant to own team.
  • Identify the product trends and competitors strategies (in relevant to own Team) to grow market penetration and business.


Job requirements:

  • >8 years of working experience in sales operations, especially in B2B area.
  • Preferably someone who has a strong network in automotive (spare parts) or material building industry.
  • Great experience in acquiring and maintaining a good relationship with suppliers or distributors.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in building and maintaining end to end sales operations.
  • Understand how to develop an innovative ideas to solve customer pain points and ensure sustainable growth of products.
  • Well experienced in leading a dynamic team.
