On behalf of our esteemed Client, Monroe is looking for a Senior Sales Manager for a notable IT Hardware Principal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth by developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales targets through strong planning, effective execution, and proactive relationship management.
  • Work closely with partners to establish and negotiate budgets, commercial agreements, and joint business plans.
  • Plan and implement effective sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with partner organizations.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and shipment processes to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
  • Track market trends and performance metrics, using data insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple sales projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring strong execution and delivery of results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within software, SaaS, or technology-based companies.
  • Exposure to Customer Experience solutions, automation platforms, or enterprise software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex partner or channel relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
