Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue growth by developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets through strong planning, effective execution, and proactive relationship management.
- Work closely with partners to establish and negotiate budgets, commercial agreements, and joint business plans.
- Plan and implement effective sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with partner organizations.
- Coordinate inventory planning and shipment processes to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
- Track market trends and performance metrics, using data insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee multiple sales projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring strong execution and delivery of results.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within software, SaaS, or technology-based companies.
- Exposure to Customer Experience solutions, automation platforms, or enterprise software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex partner or channel relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
