Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an Integrated Personal Financial Management Platform Company based in Jakarta. Our respected client is seeking a highly competent candidate as the Head of Credit Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of credit operations
- Able to initiate prolonged credit partnerships with external stakeholders
- Strategize end-to-end credit operations processes for healthy credit operations
- Working closely with the Data & Machine learning team
Required skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Credit Operations (Fintech/Banking would be highly preferred)
- Has solid leadership skills, with prior experience in managing a team
- Strong understanding of Indonesia law and regulations regarding Credit Operations
- Previous exposure to data machine learning would be plus points
