Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Malaysia is partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider to hire a Business Process Excellence (BPE) Manager
This role is responsible for leading customer implementation, data visibility, and monitoring initiatives across APAC. The position oversees Customer Business Solutions, Business Implementation, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful client onboarding, operational transparency, and continuous process improvement aligned with regional and global strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Customer Business Solutions (CBS), Business Implementation, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful client implementations and operational performance.
  • Manage end-to-end customer projects related to data visibility, tracking, automation, and monitoring initiatives following APAC project management standards.
  • Collaborate with commercial/front office teams to stay aligned on upcoming client implementations, project requirements, and change requests.
  • Liaise with regional headquarters to share best practices and ensure alignment with regional strategies.
  • Develop strategies to optimize data flow, operational processes, and system visibility across the organization.
  • Design and implement monitoring and tracking systems to ensure critical data and operational processes are accurately captured and reported.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead and develop a team of flow engineers and monitoring specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with broader business and digital strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and internal governance standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and professional development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data monitoring, automation, and system integration within operational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of spoken and written English.
