International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a technology platform provider. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for Head of HR position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The dedicated Head of HR will play a key role in establishing a excellent recruiting center and developing robust HR systems that will scale with the firm for years to come. You should be ecstatic about the prospect of having a long-lasting impact on company's DNA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals and serve as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group on key organizational and management issues.
  • Build and lead a recruiting organization capable of attracting and hiring high-caliber local and regional talent across technology, product, operations, and sales teams; develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans; and facilitate the establishment of performance management programs and KPIs for all functions.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, remuneration, and benefits to provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function.
  • Identify organizational growth requirements and provide appropriate coaching or training as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in human resource related and 4 years as manager level in technology companies.
  • Experience working in culturally diverse environments
  • Familiar with and up to date with Vietnam HR-related laws, regulations, and best practice
  • Ability to work with sensitive data while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills
  • Fluent English communication and writing.
