Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that employees have access to the resources and support they need to grow and succeed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted development plans to address them.
- Partner with the leadership team to create a high-performance culture that recognizes and rewards excellence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of human capital programs through feedback, metrics, and analytics, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the human capital budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in human capital management
- Strong understanding of talent management and people development principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage others.
