Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for Head of HR for a microfinance company based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish and manage effective performance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and career progression programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and ethical standards.
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects our values of integrity, service, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have experience working in a Microfinance company
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong background in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices in financial services or microfinance is preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
