Head of Sales
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Swiss-based globally operating process and laboratory instrumentation and automation supplier. Our respected client is seeking for a professional with at least 5 years of working experience with Sales and Instrumentation to handle the Head of Sales role. The job is based in The Fort, Global City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The role will be managing the Sales and Project Team in PH, and will also be an integral part of the succession plan for the current Country Manager on mid/long term.
Key job responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador: Leads by setting examples and ensures that own behavior and actions are in line with the Endress+Hauser Spirit and brand values: excellence, commitment, friendliness, and sustainability
 - Sales and project team management and resource planning
 - Disciplinary leadership and coaching tasks (e.g. performance review, target agreements, etc.)
 - Full responsibilities of sales activities, sales process and forecasting
 - Setting & implementing the sales strategy; analyze market trends and account management
 - Lead the annual business planning; review, follow up and ensure implementation of agree actions
 - Support Sales Channel Partner(s) development in line with the Endress+Hauser strategy
 - Support business development by a structured and focused sales approach
 - Support projects and customer visits
 - Be responsible for continuous optimization of processes, tooling, and structures related to sales & projects
 - Leading changes at Endress+Hauser Philippines & be a role model of change
 - Other reasonable tasks and activities to be assigned/ required
 
 Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in related fields
 - Business Administration experience is a plus
 - Seasoned leadership skill
 - Seasoned sales experience
 - Experiences on selling process instrumentation is a plus
 - Strong communication skills with customer orientation
